When turning into the hospital driveway (Visionaries Drive) you can turn left into the garage or follow driveway to the underground garage; follow the signs to the Medical Office Elevators & take the elevator to the 3rd floor

We are located on the campus of Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center (4 blocks North of Colfax) in the Professional Plaza West Building.

To access our campus, please enter at 20th Ave. & Franklin St. The entrance to Professional Plaza West lobby is closed for renovation. You will need to enter from the Franklin Street Professional Plaza West garage entrance (a designated pedestrian walkway is available or through the garage elevator lobby levels (P1-P5)

Directions:

From the west:
1. East on 6th Avenue to Clarkson Street. Turn Left.
2. North on Clarkson Street to 17th Avenue. Turn Right.
3. East on 17th Avenue to Gilpin Street. Turn Left.
4. North on Gilpin Street, cross over 19th Avenue into the hospital driveway which is Visionaries Drive.

From the north:
1. South on I-25 to I-70 East.
2. I-70 East to York Street Exit.
3. South on York Street to 18th Avenue. Turn Right.
4. 18th Avenue to Gilpin Street. Turn Right.
5. North on Gilpin Street, cross over 19th Avenue into the hospital driveway which is Visionaries Drive.

From the east:
1. West on Parker Road to Colorado Blvd. Turn Right.
2. North on Colorado Blvd. to 17th Avenue. Turn Left.
3. West on 17th Avenue (When you pass over York Street, the street turns into 18th Avenue.
4. Stay on 18th Avenue, turn Right on Gilpin Street , cross over 19th Avenue into the hospital driveway which is Visionaries Drive.

From the south:
1. North on Colorado Blvd. to 17th Avenue. Turn Left.
2. West on 17th Avenue (When you pass over York Street, the street turns into 18th Avenue.
3. Stay on 18th Avenue, turn Right on Gilpin Street.
4. North on Gilpin Street, cross over 19th Avenue into the hospital driveway which is Visionaries Drive.
